She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Underwood and Leona Pearl Underwood (Jackson); her husband John Cook Pedigo Jr.; and her siblings, Tony Underwood, Ruby Jewell Smith and Betty Grace Kingrey.
She is survived by: her children, Stacey Middleton (Henry) and Jason Pedigo; and her grandson Hank Middleton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
