She is survived by: her children, Fayetta Cymer (Brad), Phillip Horton (Cassandra) and Eddie Horton (Linda); her grandchildren, Matthew Lashley, Erica Simmons, Eddie Horton, Jr. (Rachel), Gavin Clymer, Lucas Clymer, Phillip Horton, Jr. and Wyatt Horton; her great grandchildren, Tripp, Berkley and Carson; and her siblings, Robert Fuson, Marfield Fuson, Brenda Horton, Linda Wilder, Crystal McDonald, Gail Widener and Saretia Catron.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be given to the Ronald McDonald House.
