She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Barlow and Bessie Lou Hatchett Barlow; and her siblings, Charles Henry Barlow and Lizzie Mae Barlow. She is survived by: her husband Charles Rice; her sons, Rodney Rice (Kimberly) and Rondal Rice; her grandchildren, Jasmine Wood, Caleb Rice and Taelyn Rice; her siblings, Betty Jane Rice of Cincinnati, OH, Mary Greene (Carl), Phyllis Jones, Virginia Barlow, John Barlow, Jr. (Josephine), Edward Barlow, Clinton, MD and Frankie Barlow (Jolene); and her sister-in-law Bettie Queen Barlow of Radcliff, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
