She was predeceased by: her mother Terri Jane Walden. She is survived by: her father Jackie Lee Bowles; her children, Blake Bowles, Haylee Walden and Bentlee Shugart; her siblings, Jackie Lee Bowles (Colleen), Jesse Bowles, Dusty Smith, Tiffany Bowles (Brandon) and Melissa Dicks (Richard); and her stepsiblings, Gavin Bellamy and Ally Bellamy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
