She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Keithley and Betty Moore Keithley; her granddaughter Lacey McCandless; her stepgrandson Chris Clark; and her siblings, King Keithley, Christine Herron, Ada Abrams and Margaret Keithley.

She is survived by: her husband Allen Peden; her children, Pat McCandless (Ronnie), Michael Peden (Janice) and Steve Peden (Christy); and her grandchildren, Melanie Orrand, Jeremy Peden, Micah Peden, Donna Taylor, Whitney Isenberg and Alesa Tyree. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
