She was predeceased by: her children, Mary and Ricky; and her grandson Jeffery Forbis. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Lynn Sams (Cave) and David Ray Sams of Scipio, IN; and her sisters, Faye Stinson of Uno, KY, Chris Reynolds of Munfordville, KY and Mae Wheeler of Gamaliel, KY. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
