He was predeceased by: his father Lyle Upchurch; and his son James. He is survived by: his mother Janice Kannard Coffey of Muncie, IN.; his wife Cynthia Upchurch; his children, Amanda L. Moll (Frank) of Channahon, IL, Lyle A. Upchurch of Cave City, KY, Dustin M. Upchurch of Cave City, KY and Tony Yannos of Farmers City, IL; his brothers, David Upchurch of Muncie, IN, Billy Upchurch of Muncie, IN and Brent; and his grandchildren, Liam Moll and Eleanor Fredrickson. He is also survived by 5 nieces, 5 nephews; 1 great niece and 3 great nephews.
