She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon "Horton" Childress and Rebecca Dugger Childress; her daughter Julie Childress; and her sister Betty Logsdon. She is survived by: her siblings, Lawrence Childress (LaDonna) of Mammoth Cave, Diane Gibson (David) of Cave City and Stella Newton of Cub Run; her nieces and nephews, Adam Logsdon, Matthew Newton (Aimee), Karen Nunn (Kirk), Sherry Logsdon and Rebecca Childress; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Travis Coats (Ashley), Chandler Huff, Adli Logsdon and Amelia Logsdon; and also, Blake Coats, Aliyah Coats and Cassie Fancher.
