He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman George Stewart and Stella Marie Crowder Stewart; his son Christopher Chadwick Stewart; and his brother Doug Stewart. He is survived by: his brothers, Terry Stewart (Shannon) of Scottsville, KY and Kevin Stewart (Lisa) of Adolphus, KY; his sister-in-law Jan Stewart of Scottsville, KY; his nephews, Devin Stewart (Kara) of Elizabethtown, KY and Logan Stewart (Kayla) of Scottsville, KY; and his great-niece Abby Stewart.
