He is survived by: his wife Gail Berry Harper; his children, Cammie Harper and Allen Harper (Kasey); his grandchildren, Tanner Cahoe (Soren), BreAnna Bragg (Adrian), Zachary Harper, Caleb Harper, Kaylee Fisher, Kody Fisher and Judah Fisher; his siblings, Shirley Meadows (Jerry), Mary Ann Brock (Ron), William Harper, Terry Harper, Dickie Harper (Kim), Linda Bentley, Judy Blair, Nancy Philpott (Billy) and Leon Harper (Lora); his siblings-in-law, Joe Berry, Jeff Crews, Donna Harper, Becky Bloyd (Billy) and Anita Berry; and also, Genesis Cahoe and Maelyne Kay Bragg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
