It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Richard Kerley of Cave City, Kentucky, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on September 28, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Noel and Martha Elizabeth Newhouse Kerley. He is survived by: his wife Donna Coy Kerley of Cave City, Kentucky; his son Herbert Richard "Rick" Kerley II (Sandra) of Boiling Springs; his sister-in-law Sally Coy Pond (Brent) of Amboy, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Heather Copeland of Norfolk, Nathan George of Norfolk, Jacob George of Lafayette, Stephanie Allen of Greenville and Sabrina Kerley of Boiling Springs. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
