He was predeceased by: his parent James Paul. He is survived by: his parent Ruby Etta Estes Kinkade; his wife Martha Ann Cox Kinkade; his daughters, Karie Kinkade Lester, Kori Dimity Thurman and Kelli Deanne Cauley; his siblings, Wilber "Buck" Kinkade (Carol) and Carol Walden (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, Madelyn, Zachary, Karagyn Lester, Hayley, Garrett, Alexandria Thurman and Benjamin Cauley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
