He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lee and Edna Elizabeth Pennington. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Jo Tarter Pennington; his sons, Timothy Lee Pennington (Amanda) of Frakes, KY and Anthony Scott Pennington of Cave City; his grandchildren, Amberlynn Wood, Adrianna Duggin (Tomy), Khloe Pennington, Dorothy Pennington, Sabrina Pennington and Alex Pennington; and his siblings, Kenneth Pennington, Barbara Yarber, Mike Pennington (Debbie), Steve Pennington and Vickie Ledford (David).
