She was predeceased by: her child Marvin Walden; and her siblings, Oscar, Harlan, Robert, Charlie, Bedford, Carl Walden, Ruth Dickerson, Doshia Emmitt and Mamie Bartley.
She is survived by: her child Martha Sprowls Walden; her husband Kenneth Gooden; her daughters, Marcella Gail Craighead (John) and Debby Gossett (Larry); her grandchildren, Jamie Froggett (Boone) and Jordan Gossett (Scarlett); and her great grandchildren, Preston Sitko and Hayden Gossett.
