It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorris Jean Thompson of Cave City, Kentucky, born in Lucas, Kentucky, who passed away on August 15, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry A. Winn and Mamye Houchens Winn; her husband Allen Depp Thompson; and her brother Ralph Winn. She is survived by: her children, David Allen Thompson of Cave City and Linda Doris Coleman of Cave City; her grandchildren, Mary L. Vickery and Jay Coleman (Rochelle) of Cave City; her great grandchildren, Emily Vickery, Mindy Vickery, Abigail and Adeline Coleman; and her great great grandchildren, Rayleigh Witty and Corbin Hamilton.
