We bid farewell to Donald Turner of Cave City, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 8, 2024 at the age of 84. Donald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleon Turner and Laura Estes Turner; his wife Zelma Turley Turner; his son Woodford Grant Turner; and his brother William Grant "Tubby" Turner.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Amber Turner of Park City, Stephanie Phillips (Jaime) of Upton, Autumn Merriss (Jared) of Alvaton, Adam Turner (Jessica) of Chalybeate and Tyler Turner (Katrina) of Buckner; his great grandchildren, Madison Hillberry, Grant Turner, Rhiley Thomas, Grace Turner, Brayden Phillips, Jaxon Merriss, Josie Merriss, Kayelynn Turner and Lincoln Turner; his niece Maria Westcott (Mike); his nephew Steve Turner; and his daughter-in-law Lori Peden Turner.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Patton Funeral Home - Cave City (9315 Happy Valley Rd, Cave City, KY 42127). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
