He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnn Blair; his parents, Ervin Blair and Maudie Blair; and his siblings, Eugene Blair and Enola Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Blair (Trina), Jody Berry and Michelle Rutledge; his brother Ervin Blair Jr.; his grandchildren, Justin Boyd, Kim Blair, Katie Minor, Valerie Berry, McKenna Blair, Nick Berry and Mason Blair; and his great grandchildren, Beau Underwood, Jordan Boyd, Oaklynn Deverney and Ainsley Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
