With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarice Spradlin of Cave City, Kentucky, who passed away on March 2, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Birge and Flossie Mae Pitcock Birge; her husband Levi Spradlin; her brothers, James Wallace Birge, Yandel Birge and Leroy Birge; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Short.
She is survived by: her sister Diane Russell (Larry); and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Birge and Louise Birge. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and beloved cousins and friends.
