He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas, Dorothy Keith, Kenneth and Rachel Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Pam Smith Barton of Chalybeate and Thomas Joseph Keith, Jr. of Bowling Green; his daughter Kasey L. Keith of Smiths Grove; and his sister Jamie L. Keith of Smiths Grove. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
