She is survived by: her husband Larry Self; her children, Eric Self (Crystal) of Smiths Grove, KY and Katrina Self (Daniel Williams) of Hopkinsville, KY; her grandchildren, Merick Self of Smiths Grove, KY and Amerie Self of Smiths Grove, KY; her siblings, Barbara Phillips (Randy) of Nashville, TN, Wanda Smith (Bobby) of Smyrna, TN, Larry Turner (Bobbi) of Soddy Daisy, TN and Terry Turner (Diane) of Rockvale, TN; and her sister-in-law Joyce Self of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to the American Heart Association, Potter's Children's Home in Bowling Green, or to Mount Vernon Church of Christ.
