She was predeceased by: her parents, McKinley Pack and Magel Morrison Pack; her daughter Shelly Kay Bohannon; her son-in-law John VanHorn; and her siblings, Carl David Pack, Lanny Pack, Joyce Pack, Gayvanna Chambers and Maryann Langhoff.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Porter (Tanya), Anthony Porter and Cristy Vanhorn; her brother Kenneth Pack (Golda); her grandchildren, Robert Porter (Cassie), Amara Eaton (Ben), Austin VanHorn, Chad VanHorn and Kaylynn VanHorn; and her great grandchildren, Eliad Eaton, Esra Eaton and Nora Porter. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
