Sonja Gail Salyers Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sonja Gail Salyers of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 23, 2025 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sonja Gail Salyers to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Hutchinson and Sena Gullet; and her spouse Donavin R. Salyers. She is survived by: her children, Bradford Salyers (Melissa) of Covington and Misty Salyers-Dunford (Bradley) of Lexington; her siblings, Roger Hutchinson of Ashland, Dallas Hutchinson of Ashland and Joy Cheek (Ed) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Miranda Weidner (Robert), Cameron Salyers, Savanna Akers (Jacob), Hayden Salyers and Quentin Hewlett; and her great grandchildren, Kingston Akers and Salem Akers.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (1941 Carter Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
