Sublett of Catlettsburg; her sons, Terry Lee Sublett (Marie) of Catlettsburg and Donald Anthony Sublett (Becky) of Flatwoods; her sister Dorothy Neal of Ohio; her grandchildren, Corey Sublett (Andrea), Natalie Sublett, Zachary Sublett, Olivia Sublett and Luke Sublett; and her great grandchildren, Lennox Sublett, Huxton Sublett and Bronx Sublett.
