She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Osborne and Nancy Thom Osborne; her husband John Curtis Blair; and her granddaughter Megan Mitchell. She is survived by: her children, Kim Mitchell of Catlettsburg and Michael Curtis Blair (Bonnie) of Catlettsburg; her granddaughter Morgan Smith (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Emma Smith, Lincoln Smith and Brantley Blair.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Homes - Central Ave Chapel (1501 Central Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
