She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Van Tassel (Andy) of Noblesville, IN, Deena Shepard of Indianapolis, IN, Denise Lucas (Rodney) of Columbus, IN, Debra Davaney (Charles) of Indianapolis, IN and Thomas Shane Pack of Kenova, WV; her siblings, Connie Sue Hawk of Catlettsburg, KY, Billy Caldwell of Ashland, KY and Vickey French of Clarksville, IN; and her grandchildren, Daniel Kingery, Thomas Farrell, Michael Lucas and Lyanne Coveris. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
