She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Ramey and Sandra Reeves Ramey. She is survived by: her husband David Matthew Sparks of Catlettsburg; her daughter Ally Tran (Dillon) of Catlettsburg; her great-aunt Evelyn Tussey of Ashland; her uncles, Elton Ramey (Pat) and Randall Reeves of Ashland; her cousin Stephanite Hite of Russell; her parents-in-law, David and Pam Sparks of Catlettsburg; and her sisters-in-law, Angie Hinkle (Clint) of Catlettsburg and Dana Hicks (Jeff) of Cannonsburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Homes - Central Ave Chapel (1501 Central Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
