He is survived by: his wife Billie Sue Kouns White; his daughters, Lisa Kidd (Jamie) of Catlettsburg, KY and Leslie White of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Brady Kidd, Baylee Trimble, Haley Kidd and Brynlee White; and his siblings, George White (Janet), Eddie White (Connie), Rudy Clark (Susie), Roscoe White (Tammy), Mary Ray (Daniel) and Maggie White Williams.
