He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Waugh Smith; his sons, Daniel Edward Smith (Mica) of Catlettsburg, KY, Joseph Frederick Smith (Gina) of Forney, TX and Kevin Allen Smith (Stacy Amos) of Catlettsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Corey Smith, Jared Smith, Tyler Smith, Jhordan Delvecchio, Andrew Delvecchio, Bryce Smith, Mindy Smith, Taylor Smith and Megan Delvecchio; and also Garrett Mills.
