She was predeceased by: her siblings, William "Bud" Perkins, Harry "Bo" Perkins, Rissie Jane Perkins, Donna Newsome, Ruby Sevy, Hazel Curtis, Betty Lemaster, Ada Dyer, Dycie Wheeler and Rosetta Owsley.
She is survived by: her brother John Perkins (Bobbie); and her sister-in-law Beulah Kiser Perkins. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Boyd County Family Resource Center East.
