She is survived by: her children, George Groves (Lisa) of Catlettsburg, KY, Virginia Groves (Dale) of Catlettsburg and Lloyd "The Baby" Groves (Melissa) of Clarksville, IN; her niece Darlene Groves; her daughter-in-law Sandy Groves; her husband Clifford Elwood Groves Sr.; her children, James Vernon Groves, Clifford E. Groves Jr. and Geneva Layne; her grandchildren, Aaron Sloas and Katrina Groves; and her siblings, John Walter Johnson, James Johnson, Anna Ruth Poe and Judy Ramey. She is also survived by grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
