He is survived by: his wife Kathy Fannin Castle; his children, Jason Castle of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, Jerry Castle (Samanatha) of Catlettsburg, Kentucky and Jodi Farley (Delbert) of Catlettsburg, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Devin, Justin, Jacob (Hailey), Jerade, Kaden, Landon, Cami, Brantly, Khloe and Ava; his niece Frances Castle; his nephews, Robert Castle and Gary Ray Catle Jr. (Heather); and also, Mary Ann Hopkins, Jeffrey Shannon, Shane Hopkins and Brandon Shannon. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
