He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Carter. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Cartmel Carter (Les Carter); his wife Brittney Carter; his sisters, Jessica Menshouse (Jeremy) and Renee Huff (Dan); his nieces, Lily Menshouse and Sophie Menshouse; and his nephew Jonah Menshouse.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Louisa Free Will Baptist Church (62 Southside Loop Rd, Louisa, KY 41230).
