It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Kidd of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, born in Jellico, Tennessee, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Kidd; her parents, James Burress and Lucy "May" Jones Burress; and her brothers, Horace, Jimmy Ray and Jerry Carl Burress.
She is survived by: her children, Brad Kidd (Marica) of East Point, KY and Kellie Short (Stacy) of Catlettsburg, KY; her siblings, Joseph Burress of Drift, KY, John Burress (Marsha) of Jellico, TN, Billie Jean Johnston (George) of Brooklyn, OH, Mary Magdeline Harjo of Jellico, TN and Roseanne Carpenter of Rochester, PA; and her grandchildren, Austin Tyler Kidd, Cheyenne Kidd, Sierra Kidd and Jaden Little.
