He was predeceased by: his sisters, Virginia Lemaster and Ethel Conley; and his siblings-in-law, Charolette Elliott, Rosetta Elliott, Evert Lemaster and Shelby Conley.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Darlene Poe Elliott; his children, Cathy Caudill (Eugene) of Morgantown, NC, Mike Elliott of Catlettsburg, KY and Ricky Elliott (Tammy) of Catlettsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Larry Joe, Amy, Christopher, Alycia, Ashley and Mordechai; his great grandchildren, Haley Jo, Paige, Jaxon, Addison, Ryder, Mason, Wyatt, Isaiah, Lorelei, Raelynn and Emma; his great great grandchild Weston; and his sisters, Patsy Cartmel (June) and Ernestine Fortner (Steve). He is also survived by many family members and friends.
