He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Spurlock and Gloria Spurlock; his son Mike; and his siblings, Sharon, Jeannie, Kim, George, Ron and Danny.

He is survived by: his wife Penny; his daughter Tina Goad (Jason); his sisters, Linda (Jimmy), Judy and Jan; and his siblings-in-law, John and Paula. He is also survived by his family, friends.
