She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew J. Workman and Charity Rose Gentry Workman; her significant other Clayton Smith; and her brothers, Joe Workman, Rex Workman and Willie Workman.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Roop of Catlettsburg, Terrie Titlow (Donnie) of Catlettsburg, Clayton Smith, Jr. (Kathy) of Ashland, Samantha Groves (Tony) of Ashland and Deron Smith of Catlettsburg; her sisters, Bessie Chaffin and Marie Morrison; and also Tom Jones. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 1 precious great great grandchild.
