He is survived by: his grandchildren, Donald Lee Parker (Bobbie Ann Litteral) and Lorinda Lynette Parker; his son-in-law Donald Parker of Carter City, KY; and his siblings, Gracie Porter of Grayson, Dottie Collins of Minnie, KY and Frank Kiser of Mansfield, OH..
