She is survived by: her husband Vernon Carper; her children, Bonnie Blevins, David Carper (Rita) of Grayson, KY, Wayne Carper (Teresa) of Grayson, KY, Tim Carper (Kathy) of Grayson, KY, Patty Allen (Stanley) of Vanceburg, KY and Freda Jones (Wendell) of Morehead, KY; and her son-in-law Darrell Blevins of Olive Hill, KY. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
