He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Blevins and Willadean Johnson Blevins; and his brother Dana Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Donna Riddle Blevins; his son Jeremiah Scott Blevins; his siblings, Debbie Fraley (Bryan) and Johnny Ivan Blevins; and his granddaughters, Skylan Stevens of Carter County, Brena Humphreys of Carter County and Tyranny of Carter County. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
