She was predeceased by: her mother Bertha Marie Tipton Kiser. She is survived by: her father Ottis Kiser of Carter City; her husband Donald Parker of Carter City; and her children, Donald Lee Parker (Bobbie Ann Litteral) of Carter City and Lorinda Lynette Parker of Carter City.
