He was predeceased by: his parent James Everett; his wife Faye Hicks Bush; his son Phillip Lee Bush; and his siblings, Herbert Bush, Arnold Bush, Leroy Bush, Norman Bush, James Edward Bush, Mary Lucille Stephens and Nancy Irene Settles.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Myrtle Bush (Campbell); his daughter Sherry Bush of Grayson; his sister Anna Ruth Felty (Bush) of Grayson; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Bush of Grayson and Marguerite Sanders of Oldtown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
