In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Wayne Leon leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Wayne Leon may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his wife Doshie Sanders; his children, Paula Jo Adkins and Lawrence Ray Sanders; and his granddaughter Carolyn Sue Mefford. He is survived by: his children, Pamela K. Polston (Don) of Fairland, IN, Patti Mefford of Carrollton, KY, Christina Sanders Abades and Perry Wayne Sanders (Nancy) of Shelbyville, IN. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
