She is survived by: her children, Michael Harlow (Kayla) of Sanders, KY and Kristi Harlow-Loveless (David Michael) of Warsaw, KY; her grandson Braxton Harlow of Warsaw, KY; her stepgrandchildren, Dakota Gaines, Ian Lynch, Samara Lynch, Ethan Loveless and Alyzia Loveless; and her siblings, Bonnie Simon (Dale), Ronnie Carmack of Carrollton, KY and Jerry Keith Carmack of Missouri. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
