She is survived by: her husband John Oak of Carrollton; her children, Dianna Oak of Carrollton, KY, Tabitha Chandler (Rocky) of Carrollton, KY, John Matthew Oak of Shelbyville, KY and Joshua A. Oak of Carrollton, KY; and her brother Ernest McCormick of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
