She was predeceased by: her father Larry Wayne Hunter; her granddaughter Nevaeh Spencer; and her brother William Hunter (Jodie). She is survived by: her mother Edna Louise Wright (Felker); her children, Cameron Scott Spencer, Dakota Christian Gooch and Khirstyn Louise Gooch; her grandchildren, Skylar Sawyer and Elijiah Spencer; and her siblings, Larry Hunter (Missy) and Rachel Lape. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
The family requests that contributions in Sarah's memory be made to The Kentucky Humane Society.
