It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. DeBell of Carrollton, Kentucky, born in Bardstown, Kentucky, who passed away on December 12, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloud B., Sr. and Hallie DeBell (Wilson); his former wife Alma Jean Rogers; his wife Grace Smith; his siblings, Marvin, Cloud, Jr. (Shirley), Manlis, Jerry (Beverly), Eugene, Samuel DeBell and Elsie Anderson; and his grandson Nicholas Adkins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laurie (Jerry Adkins) and Richelle (Keith Barding); his grandchildren, Thomas Adkins (Sarah) of New Orleans and Emily Barding Robinson (Seth) of Kingston, Tennessee; and his great grandchildren, Olive, Lucy Adkins, Morgan and Wyatt Robinson.
