He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Tilley and Pauline Kopp Tilley-Blankenship; his daughter Natalie Faye Tilley; and his siblings, Joseph D. "Joe" Tilley and Ruth Tilley Suter.
He is survived by: his sisters, Doris Fox of Jupiter, FL, Carolyn Welch of Jupiter, FL, Mary Frances Mefford of Carrollton, KY and Phyllis Perry of Hendersonville, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
