He is survived by: his wife Ruthie Hoopengarnar; his children, Kelly Vogel (Dusty) of Bedford, KY and Michael Eugene Hoopengarnar, Jr. (Chandra) of Carrollton, KY; his sisters, Sue Courtney of Ghent, KY and Donna Dennis (Pat) of Warsaw, KY; his grandchildren, Micha Hoopengarnar, Megan Hoopengarnar, Calli Hoopengarnar, Jace Vogel and Harper Vogel; and his great grandchildren, Maylee Clay, Kyler Clay, Mavree Clay, Tyson Jones and Tanner Jones.
Due to Gov. Andy Beshear's Covid19 mandates, Social Distancing will be observed and all visitors must wear a mask covering their nose and mouth.
