He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sue Meadows Hartman of Carrollton, KY; his sons, Matthew Hartman (Valerie) of Carrollton, KY and Mark Anthony Hartman of Carrollton, KY; his siblings, Sandra Layton of Milton, KY, Mary Louden (Dwight) of Carrollton, KY, Linda Hartman of Carrollton, KY, Bobbi Jo McClane (Bob) of Alexandria, KY, Debbie Harsin of Milton, KY. and Barry Hartman (Brenda) of Alexandria, KY; his grandchildren, Chase Hartman (Nicole), Conner Hartman, Alyssa and Madison Hartman (Micah); and his great grandchildren, Quentin Beck Hartman and London Kate Hartman.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the English Christian Church (2076 KY-227, Carrollton, KY 41008). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 912 Seminary St, Carrollton, KY 41008.
