O'Neal (Shelia) of Carrollton, KY, Eugene O'Neal (Fonda) of Carrollton, KY and Belinda Thomas (Chris) of Sellersburg, IN; and her sister Jane Tindle (Steve) of Franklinton, KY. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
